Dijon Lemon Vinaigrette | GRF, V, DF

So this is pretty much my go to dressing for all salads. It’s like a pair of jeans – it goes with everything and anything. And always looks (tastes) good. So I typically make a jar of this and leave it in the fridge and just pour it on anything.

What I use

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil (I’ve said this before, but I like neutral oils in my dressings. But you could do olive oil too I just find it to be a bit much sometimes)
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Good pinch of salt / couple cracks of pepper

What I do

  1. Put everything in a mason jar and shake till emulsified
  2. Store in fridge for your future salad needs
